Deposit Dana is just a service that permits Users to transfer funds through Bank account and/or cellular phone/smartphone (Send Money) features in DANA application. Additionally, it provides User with the chance to send money to other DANA users or non-DANA users via chat/messaging and through agents in collaboration with EDIK.
Using the Send Money feature, User may input the recipient’s identity information such as for example name, date of birth and/or telephone number in respect with his/her identity card, along with the nominal money to be sent. Moreover, the sender should provide a code and/or OTP along with other security methods determined by EDIK in order to ensure the authenticity of the recipient’s identity.
By entering the requisite data, User consents and agrees allowing EDIK to access his/her mobile telephony system (phonebook) for the purposes of sending money to other DANA users or non-DANA Users. If User fails to provide EDIK with his/her telecommunications services password or other security mechanism, EDIK is likely to be denied the access to User’s telecommunications system and he/she won’t be able to send money utilising the Send Money feature.
In case of failure or other reason which is why EDIK struggles to send the amount of money, it’s the responsibility of User to get hold of his/her Bank in the country of withdrawal and/or Agent for processing. This is done in respect with the Bank’s and/or Agent’s policies on the problem, including however not limited by fees for sending money or the withdrawal of a payment instrument.
The balance of DANA balance or card that’s stored in DANA can be utilized for payment of services on the DANA application, or for purchases at Merchant, with due observance of the policies of the issuer of the payment instrument. If the transaction is carried out on the DANA application, EDIK will forward the payment instructions to the issuing party of the relevant payment instrument.
If a User uses the DANA Balance or perhaps a payment instrument to produce Transactions at Merchant, he/she is obligated to pay the prices for such transactions at the Merchant’s premises. If he/she doesn’t pay, he/she won’t be entitled to get any refunds from the Merchant.
EDIK will inform the Users of any changes in DANA Protection Policy and/or its terms and conditions through communication media. Additionally, EDIK reserves the proper to improve its DANA Protection Policy and/or its terms of conditions without prior notice.
DANA Protection is a questionnaire of protection given by EDIK to Verified Users against unauthorized transactions in DANA accounts, due to account dominate (ATO). For a User to claim DANA Protection, he/she must first follow the procedures and steps set by EDIK.

Besides the Send Money, Direct Debit and DANA Business Account features, EDIK also offers other features. These features could be activated by the User in respect with their preferences and needs. However, these features aren’t guaranteed to meet User requirements. Additionally, EDIK cannot guarantee the accessibility to the services offered in these features. Nevertheless, EDIK will try its best to ensure the services are available and meet User needs.
